At NilansCafe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for our catering services.
1. Cancellation & Refund Schedule
- More than 48 hours before service: Full refund of any advance payment made.
- 24 to 48 hours before service: 50% of the advance payment is refundable.
- Less than 24 hours before service: No refund will be processed as ingredients and preparation would have already commenced.
2. Quality Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the quality of food or service, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery. We will investigate the complaint and, if valid, offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the affected items
- Credit towards future orders
- Partial or full refund based on the nature of the complaint
3. Force Majeure
In cases where service cannot be delivered due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, a full refund of any advance payment will be processed.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
- For bank transfers, please provide your bank details to expedite the process.
